Daniel Dalby, the father of the Pouchels Engineer, ultralight pilot, private pilot and glider instructor, Daniel worked in the composite parts for aircrafts and helicopters. He's currently working in the technologic development network is the Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur region. Daniel is the designer of all the APEV's aircraft. He's also the founder of the APEV |

Charles Donnefort Aerospace engineer, glider and ultralight pilot, Charles built a Pouchel II in the Corbeil-Essonnes high school. He's the president of the APEV, test pilot of the new aircraft, and also webmaster of pouchel.com

Michel Dalby Private pilot, glider pilot and electromechanic engineer, Michel works on the development of electronic systems for the automotive and aerospace application. Michel takes care of the power chain of the APEV's electric aircrafts. |

Noël Bastiaens Naval engineer, Noel worked as an engineer of the deck of the Dutch Navy aircraft carrier. Noel is a private pilot and ultralight pilot, he's also an expert in homemade building. Builder of a HM-293 "Papillon Noir", of the Pouchel Light prototype, Noel was also a member of the team that build a Pouchelec in 3 days. |

PHOTO | Jean-Marie Balland Jean-Marie worked for 48 years as a vine-grower and wine expert. Jean-Marie discovered the aviation at the age of 14. He flew on a Jodel D112 then discovered the flying fleas in 1972. Pioneer of the Ultralight, he started with the trikes, then founded the club of the Aeroplum Sancerrois. Jean-Marie was one of the first member of the APEV and he's currently building a Bipouchel, he's also a great communicator during the meetings.

Alexandre Patte Instruction of aircrafts and ultralights, helicopter pilot, Alexandre is the owner of the airfield of Voves-Viabon. He kindly hosts the APEV's member during the test flights campaigns. Alexandre was also one the Demoichelle's test pilot. |

Wim van Oers Wim worked for 28 years on the P2 Lockheed Nepture and P3 Orion in the Dutch navy. Wim and his French wife then moved in Dordogne where he discovered the small aviation and the ultralights. Wim built a flying flea and worked at building the Pouchelec in 3 days during the Green Paris Air Show. |
